Portion Control 

Keep your portions in check to fuel up without overdoing it. Try piling your plate with plenty of veggies and using smaller plates to make healthy choices easy. 

Pro tip: When building your plate, and even starting to eat, begin with veggies and protein first, leaving less room for carbs.
